Израиль и ХАМАС договорились о прекращении огня

I thought they were drawings, but boy, I was wrong. Just taking a glance at these images gives me the feeling of looking a photographs. And a photograph of the New York subway system isn’t really interesting. What’s interesting is a drawing of the New York subway system that looks so real it actually seems like it was a snapshot from a camera! The lighting, the details, the glass, the floor tiles, everything. Everything looks so real. And it was not.

These drawings are made by Japanese artist Hisaya Taira who was inspired by the subway’s empty spaces during her commute. This scene is quite the opposite in the subway system of her very own country, the very much congested Japan.

The drawings look placid, pensive and very much quiet without the people. Still, it’s amazing to have something drawn into a real, life-like imagery. See more of her works below; you’d be impressed!
